They were mostly clean, but could have been a tad better. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, though more detailed information could have been provided. The location is a major highlight, right in the heart of Viterbo, making it so easy to explore the city and beyond. The breakfast was a wonderful mix of flavors and options, truly satisfying.
